🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Luxora

At Luxora, we work hard to deliver high-quality products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Damaged or defective product

✔ Missing items in the package

✔ Product not as described

Note:
We do NOT accept returns for

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging & tags

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Clearance or sale items (non-returnable)


2. Return Window

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we cannot accept return requests.


3. Return Process

Step 1 – Submit a Return Request

Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Reason for return

Step 2 – Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 – Pick-up Arrangement

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your location.

Step 4 – Quality Check

After the product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it.

Step 5 – Refund/Replacement

If the return passes QC, you will receive:

  • Refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Replacement (based on your choice)


4. Refund Timeline

Refund time after successful quality check:

  • Prepaid Orders: 3–7 business days

  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI/Bank Transfer (3–7 business days)

Refund speed depends on your bank/payment provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear / hygiene-related products

  • Customized / personalized items

  • Clearance & final sale items

  • Gift cards


6. Product Received Damaged?

If the product received is damaged:

  • Record unboxing video (required for claims)

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery.


8. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange availability depends on stock.
