Cash-on-Delivery orders can also be cancelled before dispatch.

If COD orders are frequently cancelled, Luxora may restrict COD option for future orders.

If the order is Cancelled BEFORE shipping:

• Prepaid payment will be refunded within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped:

• Cancellation is not allowed.

• You may wait for delivery and then request a return.

Your order may be auto-cancelled if:

• Payment is not completed

• Address or contact details are invalid

• The product is out of stock

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
